Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn or unused, with tags (if it came with tags), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Although a lot of care is made with the production and design of our products, we always want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you believe that an item you have received from KR Collective is faulty, not of acceptable quality or unsafe, please email with this information:

  • Photos that clearly show what you believe to be faulty about the product
  • Proof of purchase of the item

Any unclear photos and/or a proof of purchase that does not clearly show the date and the location of purchase will not be accepted.

Once we have received this information we will then process your request as quickly as possible to determine whether the product is faulty.

*Please note that not all issues are faults of the product. Some instances can be caused by general usage of the product or if the product has not been handled in accordance with the care instructions - and as a result, may not be determined as faulty.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

All returns will be issued a Store Credit (see below for more info)

KR Collective will only provide you with a full refund of the product you purchased from us online if the product is:

  • Deemed faulty, not of acceptable quality, or unsafe; or
  • Does not match descriptions made on the site, or given to you by any KR Collective representative.


There are strictly no refunds on sale items unless the product is damaged or faulty. Exchanges on sale items are only granted by a KR Collective team member and are subject to stock availability.



Once we have received your approved returned items at one of our offices, our team will work quickly to issue you a Store Credit code. This code doesn't expire!

How do I get it?

It will be emailed to you directly to the email address you provided in your original order.

How do I apply it?

At the checkout enter the code in the "gift voucher or discount code", then click apply. Please ensure the code has been entered in its entirety with no spaces at the beginning or end. Contact our Customer Service team if any issues occur.



All returns should be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned parcel.

It can sometimes take up to 2 weeks to arrive at our office depending on the starting location.

If it has been longer than 2 weeks since you have returned your item(s) and you haven’t heard from us, please check your junk email and check the inbox of the email account you used on your order.

If you still cannot find confirmation from us of the return, please contact with details of your return. This includes:

  • Your Order Number
  • Item(s) you returned
  • Any available tracking information

The team will review your information and find out what's going on with your parcel.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Non-KR Collective items sent to our office will be discarded upon receipt.

Helpful Hint: KR Collective is not responsible for returns until they reach our office in Matthews, NC. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, KR Collective will not issue store credit for your returns.

Additional Information on KR Collective's Return Policy? 

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached (if applicable). 
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice form that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
  • When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out an order packing slip for each applicable order.
  • All returns are refunded via store credit.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. 
  • Return drop-offs are not accepted.
